Job Summary

Working as a Social Media/Marketing Manager for the Company will allow you the opportunity to work with GREAT people like yourself! The purpose of this job is to manage the food service operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards so as to ensure superior service and maximize profits. Reports to: District Director of Marketing; holds duties related to social media and marketing overseeing 4-5 specialty accounts and 1-2 educational accounts. Full-time remote position with possible quarterly travel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Works with the Director of Marketing to develop high-level marketing/communications strategies to drive brand awareness. * Creates social media calendars, drafted posts in calendar format (monthly or quarterly) for review, and scheduled posts in Hootsuite. * Writes copy and determines imagery, tone, and hashtags are consistent with each brand�??s standards/goals and guidelines. Provides responses to comments. * Monitors engagement including social influencer activations and innovates ways to amuse and delight, as well as share and repurpose. * Manages social media ads, boosted posts, and reshares press mentions. * Manages digital web footprint accuracy and owner of reputation sites, photography, and content, as well as maintains the accuracy of pace in response and follow-up for positive and negative reviews. * Develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns for each location to grow online presence and followings. * Manage and develop strong relationships with key local and regional social media influencers and media. * Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, creative assets, copy, and other internal and external sales and marketing efforts * Produces and submit monthly social media reporting document(s).

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS: * On-site to supervise filming/photo shoots for PR and Marketing opportunities as well as assist in handling photography/videography creative for social media posts * Assists the marketing team with elements for activations including, digital signage, menu, and website edits. * Support the region by writing bios, fact sheets, and content for marketing initiatives. * Collaborate and provide support for new business bids, rebids, and venue openings. * Remains up to date on new social media platform launches, new features of current platforms, industry trends, and best practices * Support catering sales teams during downtimes with oversite from the director of marketing on account�??s Director of Catering/Catering Sales.
